So I had a major panic attack today during my last period history class, and I’m not really sure why but I couldn’t breathe right and i as so dizzy I almost just ran out of the classroom. Like I could barely even keep my pencil in my hand or anything it was freaking me out. and I’ve been nauseous since then so yay today obviously went well.
